Tanner and I got a fish tank with a Betta fish named Hook and a frog named Woody. We felt that since our two plants are still doing well that we were ready to move to the next stage. Unfortunately within the first 5 minutes the fish and frog were together in the tank the Betta was already biting at the frog. The frog has no chance! Either the Betta will eat it or the frog will die of starvation. Everytime I feed them the Betta eats every little thing I put in there. The frog won't come to the top to get food because the fish is such a bully, so the frog never eats.
The frog is floating at the upper right corner.
do you have a fish net? maybe you could scoop the beta out or just off to the side to let the frog eat. Don't let him die, that would be too sad.
